Free · The 6-minute AI check
Twenty six quick questions, mostly one tap. I'll send back what the repeat work is costing you and which part of the week is carrying most of it. Drafted with AI, then read and signed off by me before it reaches you, inside two business days.
Built for any business where the team's time costs money, from a few people to a hundred or more. Practices, agencies, clinics, trades, real estate offices and plenty in between.
What comes back
Most people I talk to want to know what AI could do for their business. The honest first answer is that it depends where the time goes, and almost nobody has ever added that up. Your answers do the adding.
Hours across the firm, costed at what the people doing that work actually cost you. It comes back as a range, not one alarming number.
Which part of the week is carrying most of that cost. In my experience it's rarely the part people point at first.
Whatever you write in the last question goes into the report. It's usually the most useful line in it.
What the paid assessment covers, what it costs and what you'd finish with. You're under no obligation and I won't ring you unless you ask me to.
What I'll ask
Every answer is a band rather than an exact figure, so you can do the whole thing from memory.
Who you are, what the business does and how many of you there are. Sets the frame for everything after it.
Which repeat work eats the most time, roughly how many hours it takes across everybody, and who's doing it.
File notes, reports, quotes, billing write ups. How long one takes and how many go out a week.
What an hour of that time costs, what you bill for an hour, and how much of the week never reaches a client. This is the engine.
What made you look at this now, your timing, and who else would be in the decision. Keeps the report pitched where you actually are.
One open question about what you'd want running by itself. Your answer appears in the report.
Your answers are used to write your report and nothing else. They don't go to anyone else, they're not sold, and you can ask me to delete them by replying to the email that brings the report.
The 6-minute AI check
Twenty six questions, nearly all of them one tap. It works on a phone, and if you get interrupted it picks up where you left off.
Common questions
There's no catch. The check and the report cost nothing. If you want the verified version, that's the workflow assessment at $995, and the report tells you what's in it. You're not obliged to take it and I won't ring you unless you ask.
It's an estimate built from the bands you pick, using conservative midpoints, and it comes back as a range. Its job is to tell you the scale. It isn't a figure I'd put in front of your partners and I say that in the report. The assessment is where it gets verified.
Answer with your best guess. Everything is in bands for exactly that reason, and being one band out won't change what the report tells you.
Then this is more useful, not less. Knowing something is a problem and knowing what it costs are different things, and the second one is what turns it from an irritation into a priority.
Then I'll tell you it's small and you've saved yourself a sales conversation. It does happen, and I'd rather write that than talk you into something.
Two business days. I read and sign off every one myself, so it isn't an email that fires the second you press submit. If it hasn't landed, reply to the confirmation and I'll chase it.
A free 15-minute call. Tell me what's eating the week and I'll tell you straight whether there's anything worth doing, and what the next step would cost.
